This report shines a light on how the current discourse about antisemitism in Canada serves to manufacture consent for Israel's genocide in Gaza.
By analyzing the public statements, social media posts, and media releases from Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA), this report reveals how CIJA's operates to actively support the state of Israel and its genocidal campaign.
- We write to you in our capacity as the Steering Committee of the Jewish Faculty Network, co-authored with our JFN-TMU chapter. We are a membership-driven organization with hundreds of faculty members across the country, working together to uphold and protect principles of anti-racism and equity based on our Jewish traditions and values. We have JFN chapters across the country, united by a statement of principles centred on anti-racism.

On the anniversary of the 1948 Nakba (the catastrophe), the Toronto Metropolitan University Faculty Union (TFA) has voted overwhelmingly to support a joint motion to recognize and address anti-Palestinian racism in solidarity with the people of Palestine, as well as the students, faculty and staff at the university.- Published on

The abduction and attempted deportation of Mahmoud Khalil, coupled with ongoing threats to university funding and crackdowns on activists, academics, and the imprisonment and attempted deportation of those without U.S. citizenship, has stirred collective horror and rage among members of the Jewish Faculty Network, whose membership includes more than 200 faculty members at universities across Canada.- Published on
